Important — broker disclosure: WORLDZTRAVEL LLC is an air charter broker. We do not own, operate, or directly provide air transportation. All flights are operated by FAA-licensed direct air carriers holding a Part 135 certificate (or the foreign equivalent for international flights), which maintain operational control of every flight. WORLDZTRAVEL acts solely as an agent in arranging flights on your behalf in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations (14 CFR Part 295).
1. Our role as a broker
WORLDZTRAVEL arranges single-entity charter air transportation between you and an independent direct air carrier. The operating air carrier — not WORLDZTRAVEL — is responsible for the operation, airworthiness, crew, scheduling, and safety of the aircraft and flight. Upon request, we will disclose the operating carrier and any portion of a flight that may be operated by another carrier before you book.
2. Quotes and bookings
- Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to aircraft availability and confirmation by the operating carrier.
- Charter pricing is dynamic and may change until a booking is confirmed in writing.
- A booking is confirmed only when a written charter agreement is executed and any required payment is received.
- You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information and complying with all applicable travel, identification, and customs requirements.
3. Payment
Payment terms, deposits, and accepted methods are specified in your charter agreement. Quoted amounts reflect the total cost of the charter arranged on your behalf. Additional charges (such as de-icing, wait time, catering, ground transport, taxes, or fees) may apply and will be disclosed where applicable.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, change, and refund terms are determined per booking and depend on the operating carrier and aircraft. The applicable terms are stated in your charter agreement and will be provided before you confirm. Weather, air traffic control, mechanical, and safety-related delays or cancellations are governed by the operating carrier's policies and applicable regulations.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful, complete information for all passengers.
- Carry valid identification and travel documents.
- Comply with all laws, the operating carrier's rules, and crew instructions.
- Not transport prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WORLDZTRAVEL acts only as an arranging agent and is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, injuries, or damages caused by any air carrier, operator, or third-party provider. Our total liability arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of brokerage fees we received for the relevant booking. We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, mechanical issues, air traffic control actions, or government action.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Aircraft images, specifications, flight times, and route examples shown on the website are representative only; the actual aircraft, carrier, and details are confirmed in your written charter agreement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WORLDZTRAVEL LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to WORLDZTRAVEL LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
